Once you have registered with GOPACS, your connection has been prequalified and your contract has been added, you are ready to take part in congestion management. You will now start receiving activations: requests from the grid operator to adjust your consumption or feed-in at a specific time, in line with the agreements in your Capacity Steering Contract (CSC) or Capacity Limitation Contract (CLC). This manual explains, step by step, how to set up CSC or CLC activations via the GOPACS platform, and how to receive and process these activations in GOPACS.
